When you place an order through our website, we collect:

  • Your phone number or email — to confirm your order and contact you if needed
  • Your order details — the products you choose, collection date, and any dietary notes

We do not collect payment information online. All payments are made in person on collection.

Orders are submitted via our order form, which sends your details to us through WhatsApp or email. We do not store your data in a database on this website.

We use your personal data only to:

  • Process and fulfil your order
  • Contact you about your order (e.g. to confirm collection time or clarify dietary requirements)

We will never sell, share, or pass your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep your data

Order messages (WhatsApp or email) are retained for up to 12 months for customer service purposes, then deleted. We do not maintain a customer database beyond our message history.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This service is privacy-first — it does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individual visitors. It only provides aggregate data such as page views, referral sources, and device types.
